The Vapid Montagne

The Vapid Montagne takes a familiar modern SUV shape into GTA VI, drawing on the sixth-generation Ford Explorer. Its modern SUV body combines a tall cabin with a more tapered profile than the larger, squarer American trucks.

The appeal is in its familiar everyday shape: contemporary without looking exotic, substantial without adopting the visual bulk of a full-size luxury SUV. The Montagne fits naturally into a collection of modern American vehicles, especially if you like the cars that make the streets feel lived in. It has the right image for a weekend out of town or a perfectly ordinary afternoon. In GTA, an ordinary afternoon can be a fairly ambitious plan.
