Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Leonida Racing is an independent GTA VI community project. It is run by the person named in the Legal notice ("we", "us"). It has no connection to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site. Using the site is free.

2. Your account

You sign in with Discord. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your display name is shown publicly (leaderboards, crews, events). Don't use a name that insults others, impersonates someone or breaks the law.

3. Your content

You can add content to the site: lap times with screenshots and video links, your display name, crews, events, descriptions and links, and reports. Only add content you have the right to share.

By adding content, you allow us to store, check, show and moderate it on this site, free of charge, for as long as it is on the site. Screenshots are only seen by moderators. When you delete your account, your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy; reviewed lap times stay on the leaderboard as "Deleted driver" without any link to you.

4. What's not allowed

• Submitting lap times you didn't set, or times that break the Rules, or manipulated proof.
• Illegal content of any kind.
• Hate, harassment or threats against anyone.
• Sexual or graphically violent content.
• Spam, scams, misleading events or links to harmful sites.
• Impersonating other people, crews or organisations — including Rockstar Games.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Attacking or overloading the site, or accessing data that isn't meant for you.

Crew leaders and event hosts are responsible for their crews and events, including the Discord servers and links they add. We don't organise or supervise events.

5. Moderation

Moderators check submitted lap times against the Rules and act on reports. All decisions are made by people; we don't use automated moderation.

If content or behaviour breaks the law or these terms, we can: reject or remove lap times, edit or remove crews, events, names and links, remove crew leader or event host roles, and suspend or delete accounts. We choose the mildest step that fixes the problem; repeated or serious violations can lead to a permanent ban.

If we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you why — on the site or via Discord, where we can reach you. If you think a decision is wrong, write to us (see section 7) and we'll look at it again.

6. Reporting content

Found something that is illegal or breaks these terms? Report it:

• Lap times: Report a time.
• Crews, events, driver names and anything else: Report content. Crews and events also have a "Report" link.
• No Discord account: send your report to the e-mail address in the Legal notice. Say what and where it is (a link helps), why it's a problem, and add your name and e-mail address.

We look at every report and tell you the outcome. Please report in good faith — knowingly false reports can get your account suspended.

7. Contact

For questions, objections to moderation decisions and requests from authorities, use the e-mail address in the Legal notice. You can write to us in English or German.

8. No guarantees

GTA VI hasn't been released yet. Vehicle data, rules and much of the Hub are built ahead of launch, and some of it is clearly marked sample data. We run the site as a free community project: we can change, pause or end features or the whole site at any time, and there is no right to a place on a leaderboard or to a particular result.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential for using the site, and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected. Otherwise we are not liable.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time under My Account › Settings. We can end your use for serious or repeated violations of these terms (see section 5).

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll announce it on the site before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

12. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you.
